Svea 5

    Here is a stove i picked up yesterday at a garage sale. It came with a Primus stove ring, but for the picture i have used an old and cracked sievert one. The burner cap is from a donor stove for the picture also.

    As far as to the condition of the stove i have not touched it with anything yet.

    does anyone have and idea if the engravings on these classics were a selling point or they just came with the stove and that was that--as in" buy that one Henry i love the scroll work,it will go great in the kitchen"--

    I have a SVEA N°5, and one can barely read the graphics, so I doubt it was a selling point or maybe I have one from a worn die :roll: . It needs a good cleaning-up, but I feel I must not overdo anything or the graphics will simply disapear! ](*,)
