This is a red, non-stick Trangia 28 Mini, circa 1990.
It is in new, not used condition, but has signs of shelf wear and general dents and scratches from not being stored in a box. With instruction sheets, showing MSR as the distributor at the time.
I do not know what distinguishes a "28" from a "28-5". My speculation is that the red nonstick is the 28-5.
