Up-Market Storage Box.

    Hi, here are some photos of a very up-market storage box, specially manufactured, I believe, for a paraffin stove.

    It is of the highest quality, made from furniture quality mahogany, and very similar to the sort of storage box used for optical microscopes.

    This box dates, I believe from the 1914-18 War, and originally contained a 1915 Primus No.100 stove.

    Alas, the stove and box were separated, so the new resident is a rather nice Primus No.0 stove dating from 1940 (AE32)

    Now that is very nice :D ,
    very practical protecton for a very important item .
    I could see Baldrick getting the char on with that ,In a trench system on the Front line .

    Nice one mate, I was after a box for some of my stoves, It looks like even I could knock up one like that one ;)
