Viton Pips for Optimus 8R & 111B

So I need to make the pips for my Optimus 8R fuel cap for the mini pump. I would like to also make a couple pips for the NRV in my Optimus 111B pump. Unless anyone knows where to buy the pips ready made, where can I get Viton material? My 8R pip measures 0.180 inch in diameter.
