Anyone know of other stove part suppliers, other than just Base Camp? I need a few items and losing patience with their lack of response.:rage::-({|=](*,)[-X

    Did you try calling them?

If Fettlebox has what you need, that's the way I would go.

As a UK buyer, Basecamp is my last resort.
Yes they may have the parts but getting in touch with them, let alone waiting for them to dispatch is frustrating. 10 days from call to dispatch is my record so far...

I also have had good results from parafinalia. I seem to remember they used to be a sponsor (?).

Parafinalia is very good, as long as you can find items on their confused website.

Until an item you buy via ebay doesn't turn up. You are then banned from bidding on his stuff again without being told. Doesn't matter how polite you may have been. As result I missed out on a nice non-stove related item he was selling a few weeks later.

    Re: Pelam.de

I believe the problem is that they cannot sell Petromax items in the US. Is that what you asked for?
That's what they told me when I needed some Petromax parts. I ended up with other brand items, and it was shipped promptly.

    Hi Ken,

They seem to like you much better than me.
I was looking at getting some jets in both .23mm and .32mm, NRV's and something else but I don't remember what it was.
The person I conversed with was down right rude and no I wasn't rude. I always try to stay on the polite side.
As far as I know there were no Petromax parts. Maybe the gent was having an extremely bad day

Try them again, I had really good dealings with them.

And if the same issue comes up this time, ask if it is because they are Petromax parts. I got an email from him, after I placed the order online, that he could not send Petromax parts to the US, and asked if he could substitute. The Petromax I was working on is not old, rare, or in mint condition, so I said ok.

There may be a guy on the CPL forum that may have the parts you want. Or have someone in Europe order the parts and send them to you.

Thanks Everyone! Didn't realize there were other suppliers! Very good to know, because it's been close to 3 weeks now and two e-mail inquiries to BaseCamp UK have gone unanswered! I'll try the others you've, mentioned!

    Hi,

I just checked pelam web site in their shipping and returns area and this statement is at the bottom of the page.

"We will not accept any orders from the United States of America. Furthermore we will not send any products to the United States of America."

In the list of countries they ship to the USA or United States of America isn't listed. They do ship to Canada so I suppose if you know someone in Canada or one of our Canadian members is willing to help then you can get your parts via Canadian Post.

You can go to, http://www.packstoves.org/. She has quite a few parts to choose from and she is in the USA, maybe you can find what you need there.
