Hello Friends, now I was able to reproduce new nipples/jets for the Enders 9061 stoves. The first ones were drilled to small with 0.25mm, then the needle was demaged, know we drilled a little bit bigger an the flame is blue and the needle works corectly. Pictures will follow. Hi Markus(RJ) Can you advise if one of your New jets/nipples for Enders 9061 stoves would have the same thread and fit a G. Barthel Bunsen Burner I am trying to restore? Someone did suggest the G. Barthel would probably have a similar jet to a Juwel camping stove, but I have not had any success locating one. I am not sure of the jet size. Hello Brassmonkey, size of the thread from the 9061D is a metrical M7x0.75 So you have to measure the outside diameter of the jet-thread and the inside diameter at the nutside. The difference between both is your tread pitch Do you have this: HOLEX Thread gauge Markus(RJ)
@Russenjesus, @SimonFoxxx Hi Markus, Thanks. I used my Holex thread gauge and can confirm the jet that fits is an M7x0.75. The outside diameter of the jet-thread is 5mm. The inside diameter of the jet seat in the tube is 6mm. The Jet nut is 7mm across flats. Thank you Simon for your offer to check if you might have a spare jet. I am not sure what hole size is best. The fuel used was Benzin/Benzol. I assume these fuels were more volatile than Paraffin. Did they require a smaller jet aperture - say in the low 20's? I also need to establish what fuel is a safe substitute for these former fuels. Could it be that Petrol is a safe substitute? Or could I go for a larger jet hole size suited to Paraffin? I am happy to purchase suitable jets if available but would really need to answer the above questions if this burner is going to work and be safe to use. 9061 nozzle hole diameter. Gasoline 0.25mm Alcohol 0.5mm Diesel kerosene 0.1-0.2mm Did you make the spray hole with a manual drill? Or use one-time machined nozzles? If you use a manual drill, the spray hole will be slightly deformed, and the flame will spray out obliquely. The limit aperture of the original silent burner is 0.3mm. Exceeding this limit will turn into a yellow flame. Over 0.3mm can only be changed to split-fire cover mode, and the cotton thread is replaced with ceramic fiber thread.

Hello backview we drilled the hole by using the cnc-turning maschine so they are onetime maschined nozzels. I've still about 70 peaces... So I can send some if needed. Happy Christmas Markus(RJ)
