The bar has been set really high this month ! What a fabulous selection of stoves ! Any one of them would be a very worthy winner . Extremely difficult to choose which of these beauties to vote for . Congratulations to all the entrants. Sterling work gentlemen
Hi, All, THIS was a very hard one! So many great entries, but only one vote! I could easily picked any other entry, and been happy! But, I finally chose a stove on which I've followed the progress of it's restoration! Loved them all, though, and congrats to all who entered this month's contest! Good luck to the winner! Take care and God Bless! Doc @A A C , looks like you and I were thinking the very same on this month's choices! ALL wonderful!!
Did I win??? Wow thanks everyone! I really appreciate My vote went to Ian’s Soutter 2-pint military First Aid Station trench stove Very nice stove! Thanks again and happy Easter. Nicola
That really wasn’t expected, I was already very happy to have brought back to life my Primus 12a… having it winning this contest is the icing on the cake. Thanks to all the other competitors with their beautiful stoves and thanks to all the friends that voted for my stove. Nicola
To me it was! I actually did vote on your stove. It had that genuine look I prefer over polished things, even if this particular month actually had several of those 'un-fiddled stoves', so still a tough choice. I really do like stoves that have some genuine patina and roughness. Either way; congratulations. Well earned!
Why is there an asterisk in front of gnome's Rabat-Avon Cookquick? (Which got my vote by the way.) Ben
Hey, @Nicola Francesco Elia , Congratulations, Good Sir! A lovely and worthy stove, indeed!! Well earned! Doc
Thank you @Nicola Francesco Elia! My memory isn't so bad that I need reminding of which stove I voted for. Then again I'm getting older so that feature may come in handy in the not too distant future. Ben
