    leap years. Actually its 28 years due to the year not being exactly 53 weeks. If you dont display the day of week though it is right every year

    @snwcmpr , Ken, @geeves caught my point on that matter.

    I had it bite me programming access control systems, setting times and dates for authorized entry and overrides. Daylight savings time REALLY puts a stick in the gears as well!
