    Hi everybody,
This is my recent find. It is rather rare version of Radius 21 and moreover was in a perfect condition. The spanner and needle holder were present, small tin for alkohol is missing. But most remarkable was that leaflet written in two languages ( Swedish and Italian ) survived in readable shape. It allows me date this copy about 1932 - please drop me a line in case I'm wrong.
Last picture - brother and sister ;-)))

    Hi Stan,

nice find. I don’t think the Radius 21 was originally delivered with the UFO burner by looking at the catalogs, but it could have been equipped with it since the beginning, maybe an optional burner chosen by the original owner. Or maybe a later replacement.

In any case a nice find!

    Nicola

Congratulations on your successful acquisition! Very nice stove and valuable accessories in the form of preserved instruction leaflets.
As for the ufo burner, although there are two Radius 21s with one in the reference gallery here, according to the catalogs a roaring burner is dedicated to this stove.I agree with @Nicola Francesco Elia that it was probably swapped. If you look at the distance from the height of the base of the pot, it is probably too high.
    Regards

There is enough space between silent burner and the plane of the bottom of the pot ( see photo - round glass disc 10 cm diameter lying on the stove )
Btw. I made common mistake - leaflet is printed in Swedish and Spanish, not Italian.

Hi. You are right about the distance of the burner from the base. Indeed the photo shows it well.
I was suggesting the difference seen in the photo with a stove with a roaring burner. I did not take into account the different nature of the operation of these burners.
    Thanks for the photo
    Greetings

I had to check. The distance on my 2-pint Radius is similar to your 21. Sorry for the hasty assessment.

@Stanisław Grajewski, Thank you for posting this, do you still have convenient access to this stove? If not, no worries.
If yes, and it is handy.. above you mention "leaflet written in two languages ( Swedish and Italian ) survived in readable shape. It allows me date this copy about 1932 - please drop me a line in case I'm wrong."

Date it to "about" 1932... :-k
I can not view attachments BUT my question is easier than that:
If your leaflet is date stamped 1932, then you're not wrong (too easy?).
Is your leaflet date stamped? If yes what is the date stamp?
no hurry, no worries, much appreciated, thank you. omc

No there are no files uploaded in that post. Just the direction to no-existant files.
But the image was actually posted in directly afterwards by Stanislaw. Just check the post directly after the one you mention.
(I have now removed the links to the non-existant file so we don't need to see that text anymore about view file attachment.)

Sorry, probably it was my mistake. So now I've attached four photos of both sides of the leaflet, shot in different lighting conditions. As you can see, the leaflet became quite transparent ( kerosene soaking ? ). I analyzed text carefuly - there is na date on it.

I'm pretty certain from examples on this site that none of the documents supplied with Radius stoves had a date in the body of the text- the date was part of the packing stamp, applied at 90 degrees at the top of the page.
