1944 Coleman M1941 This stove was used by Major G.T. Adair in WW2, a U.S. infantry soldier who subsequently rose through the ranks to a full Colonel. Pharael.
@junior trangia master made me remove this Thermidor from our light up at Newark as the worn vaporiser orifice was causing some embarrassing yellow flame. Hypodermic insert à la @presscall this evening and we're rocking.
Looks in fine fettle! The early lone pressure release screw is great. I recall it being a mutual decision though Archie
@Blackdog may not know about these stoves but I have one that looks a lot like that but it's in a RM tin so I assumed it was an RM stove. So a stove with those markings and the taller burner plate is a Thermidor?
@Remus1956 This design exists branded as Thermidor, Cobra, and RM- so a lot of badge engineering going on! Who actually manufactured them though? A lot of this went on with British stoves post war. Good looking little things though whichever flavour you choose!
@Pharael already mentioned that the positioning of the DragonTamer is incorrect. But the stove was already pre-heated
