Found this one in an abandoned cottage. I'm wondering if it is modified. The silent burner doesn't seem to fit that good and why these loose steel bars? To make the pot have the correct distance? It wobbles on the burner otherwise.

It would have been an adjustable roarer burner when it was new

There are known silent Campingo stoves posted here in the past. If real, it is less common.

Do you know if the ones posted here also had these steel bars? They don't seem to be on any pictures i've seen with the roarer burner.

You mean the ones in the bottom of the case? I don't know.

Wild goose chase. Looks to be brazed on unless that is some cooking debris. Burner is too high to allow a pan or pot over it, wrong valve shaft.
