BULIN t4

    ive just bought a bL t4-A can this stove be run with coleman fuel?THE PACKAGE SHOWS the gas type burner/pump connected.i fired it up today on coleman it burns ok. but is it safe? thanks.norie.

    I believe some of the members have purchased the Bulin so you just have to do a search and will come up with some threads on the Bulin stove. I personally do not own one so I could not comment on the product.

    Hi Don't have one either. Possible problems may be
    -you would need to remove the top of the burner to clean the jet.
    -there may be no cleaning wire in the generator tube to clean out carbon build up.
    -the fuel hose may not be suitable for liquid fuels (it probably is).
    - if it pulses you may be getting hot fuel traveling back up the fuel line, so keep an eye on that.

    THANKS for your replies.the burner is fitted with a wire.i removed the burner head to check the jet,no glasses could mot read if there was a stamp size.removing burner very tight,not much clearance on pre heating tube.pre heated on gas then fitted pump assembly off a booster+1 couple of pumps fired no bother,no pulsing. a FRANKEN-STOVE YOU THINK?
