    Hi everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you this stove I bought at a flea market in Modena. It is a "Khotal" model, similar to this one, Khotal Stove
but bearing the inscription "William H. Otto Metal Goods, Jersey City, N.J."

It is the first one I’ve come across on the forum that is complete with the standard frame, just as it appears in this catalog.

Now you can finally see what it actually looks like.

Thanks, Alec. It is indeed strange that I found it in Italy after more than a century.

    Congrats @Bebo !
WOW, you are on a roll with rare examples. This early US brassie made my month for sure. "I think" first one in-hand.

    worth noting:
    WILLIAM H. OTTO
    MANFG. OF
    METAL GOODS
    JERSEY CITY. N.J.

^^^ a clear indication as to where this one was manufactured and by whom.
post WW1 Khotal by Otto in New Jersey (vs earlier Khotal by Hydrocarbon in NY).
as per Khotal Stove posted in 2009 BUT "now" i read to end,
we credit gieorgi for sharing in 2023 his post WW1 Khotal revelations. we miss him.
That exact US silent burner is noteworthy (who copied who US or Sweden?).
    -------
    and btw a coincidence that
    William Otto and Otto Bernz
were both manufacturing brass pressurized fuel burners,
    during same time period and
were both in New Jersey (a small state btw), they may have been chums.
However there would be no reason to connect these two manufacturers.

Thanks for the info, @OMC. A new life for this old lady... I'll try to fire her up as soon as possible.
(I hope my English is understandable.)
