Would anyone be interested in one? Maybe early December? Long dark nights, bloody cold but hardcore paraffin fun!

I'd expect it to be a much smaller gathering.

    I'm on the way....
    Ooooooo tempting.

The New Forest in Feb can be a bit chilly as well, as SWMBO would confirm.

Mr. Big Si. Shout a possible in your locale?.
Midishlandish & connected that you be .
Are we looking for a cold camp ?? So no forest/bushy type camp.
Newark ish area is /was selected because of its centralish situation in the mainland u.k.?
I'm easy .. Trusting Mr. M as per navigator .

I'm thinking of Newark for this one so folk with caravans, motorhomes etc can still come & display as they do at the summer meet.

It'd be good to see other flavours of meet too

    It's a question of logistics...

I'm not sure how I can fit the central heating system and a few lamps in the car.

Doron - that would be a long way to come for what will likley be a very small meet! Are you planning a UK winter trip anyway? You would be very welcome but I'd hate for you to be disappointed after all the effort & expense if it's just 6 blokes shivering around a bowlfire in a field!

It was great to see you at our summer meet a few years back.
