This 1932 Primus 96 came today and with it was what looks like a brass trivet:

Not sure if it was supposed to be with the stove as I also had a round brass 'tin' in the same delivery. But, if this is a trivet for a 96 is that unusual?

Oh, the stove was missing the legs (it's pictured with a borrowed set), the blanking plug, spirit cup and tin. If anyone can help with the missing bits to complete what is now my earliest stove I'd appreciate it :)

    Cheers,
    John

    Humm. :-k

    interesting.

Seems like some sort of simmering plate or part of a toaster (with the wires missing) My money would be on a simmering plate.

I will have to look through the catalogs to see if I can find it. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

    Cheers,
    Jeff

    Hi
I know nothing about this but it looks nice, fits too well to be made for something else.
