I recently bought this stove for a small amount I could not let this opportunity pass away. When I saw it for the first time, I didn’t know what type it was, so I needed to look in this site “classiccampstoves”.

The Primus came in a little bit rusty and dirty. Before I started to clean , I took her for a test ride, and she started firing up nicely !

The frame is in its original color, so there is no need to do any changes, than cleaning some rust.

After some polish and cleanup, it was time to look after some manufacturer marking, It seems that is the 1939 model!

Beautiful stove. I think you did just the right amount of cleaning while still allowing the stove to show its age. You couldn't ask for a better flame shot. Bright blue. Congratulations on your reasonably priced find.

A very nice find @Sandychrimp, these range type stoves look smart as well as being a very practical design. Excellent flame, too!
