    Hiya all
A few pics of a stove I picked up at a local village fete, it was a fiver...... I had to think about it for a whole nine seconds.

It's a Primus #0 and after a bit of research ( on here) I found where the date code is and how to translate it. I make it an AC for 1938 ?

Today my resolve crumbled, so after a quick pressure test ( as in "can I pressurise this" ) and a brief dust with a dry paint bush I fuelled her up with some nice clean paraffin...... BTW does anyone know how long it takes for the font to not smell of paraffin in a stove like this?

Anyway, this was probably the easiest and quickest prime and burn I' ve ever had..... A few green flames when first lit but a nice clean burn once she got going.

I've not had one of those windshield dohickies before, but they're great.

Anyway, I know she's grubby and dull with a bit of surface rust on the pot stand but what do you all think?

Nice stove especially for the price. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.
