Glad to know that, was going to invest in the cap just for safety reasons. How do you like the stove, any cons? Apparently they also have a larger burner head for them as well? 21.65£ |iWalker G53 Accessories Camping Gasoline Stove No Noise Oil Furnace Picnic Burners Petrol Stove Cookware| | - AliExpress
@Ramseybella Better than expected, I prefer it to my SVEA 123. Since the doubling of Gas and Electricity prices I do most of my cooking with my stoves, and the iWalker gets used multiple times every day along with my two Optimus 111's and My Omnia Oven, all indoors against all advice. I have a CO meter that measures Parts per million and even with three stoves going together it has never exceeded 76 PPM, so not any worse than natural Gas. What started out as an experiment is rapidly being elevated to a permanent state of affairs. Although that larger burner head is tempting, I am satisfied with the iWalker performance as it is for now. Even with prolonged use the tank doesn't get anywhere near as hot as the SVEA, maybe because its constructed of thick stainless steel as apposed to brass, so I have no fear of there being no N/R Valve in the filler cap, infact I worry far more with the SVEA as it gets very hot sometimes and I do worry that the valve might blow and turn it into a flame thrower, I have a powder fire extinguisher on the way, just in case.
got one of lixada versons, , the nosily one, the hole thing gets a bit hot, but it works, so just be carful when you turn it off and pick it up
I decided to try some of my silent burner caps on the Lixada this morning. Funnily enough the BD cap that Gary shows working best on his channel is the Minicap with legs. However on my Lixada the minicap sat too far down and I got better results with a midicap. I suspect QC in the production of the Lixada burner bell means there is some variation in shape. A bit mad to try the Dawg-A-Nova but I couldn't resist. The Chinese silent burner shown last was promising for a short while and then produced flaring. None of the BD silent caps flared.
No idea I didn't measure it. I wouldn't say it reached a temperature that was of any concern compared to other stoves. I tend not to run the stove for long though (30 mins or less). The lack of a SRV concerns me.
I bought my Lixada before the G53/43 silent burners were options so I only have the G41 with standard burner plate. One reason I was interested to see of any of my current silent burner caps would be a good match.

Just received the IWalker today.. All I can say is extremely pleased and impressed by it's build and performance.. Six cups of cold water boil time was 10 minutes with lid. Thing is the fuel cap is a male into female configuration from the Lixada. It does get hot but no hotter than any of the number of 123's I own. I'm so impressed I may sell one of my 123's and buy another.
Question, Does the Iwalker is a lixada? I know it looks the same but why Lixada let it go. I know, I know business is business but still it is a good product for them. Does all Lixada as been sold?
@JP2 No, my friend. As in all commertial concept in nowadays china, everything must flow and change as in the I Ching (The Book of Changes). When something reaches a summit and sales decay, just "sell it with another name", as nobody will remenber and they will be hooked again. Like in "Dust in the Wind". "nothing last for ever but the eternal sky"... Enrique
I don't have a Lixada in front of me to make an assessment on differences that I've seen besides name and the fuel cap orientation. Note the Male Iwalker fuel cap.
Also want to note the welds on the Iwalker between the tank and upper base securing mounts are double welded and not spot welded like on the Lixada.. You can see this on photo #2.
It's very interesting. However, in fact, iwalker and lixda are both products from the same company. The reason why there are some differences in subsequent products is that the product line is constantly updated and improved, and the two are adjusted at the same time. Iwalker is for the Chinese Mainland market, and lixada is for other regions and countries, that's all Yehong
Hi, I should have a new silent burner that I ordered soon and I am waiting on that to fire up the stove for the first time. I was also waiting on the silent burner to change the wick so yesterday with the stove still new I went to change the wick to discover that it was missing. Does it was ready missing or it is make that way. Anyway not I added a new wick but this is a strange coincidence and also a little be more even after heating the jet I almost could not remove the jet. See by yourself.
