I'm so bored I've posted a new stove here every day for the past 4 days. Today I went out to the garage and pull down one of the many unopened boxes I've got stored there. It was sent to me from France in 2014 and had been sitting unopened for almost 6 years. Opening it was like Christmas because I had no idea what was in side. Turned out to be a SEVEA 36 stove and heater combo you can see here. Makes me wonder what's in all the other unopened boxes. If this quarantine lasts long enough we're liable to find out. Ben
Gee whiz,,, 6 years! And such a cool old treasure forced to wait so long!! I can barely stand to wait 3 days before opening a stove box during the current coronapocalypse... (Even then Herself makes me wear plastic gloves and wipe everything down with Lysol wipes.)
I have no idea how you could leave a stove parcel unopened for six years. The longest time I have waited to open a stove parcel is 24 hours. Nice find Mr Crayfish Man . Cheers Simon Foxxx

Today's box is relatively new. Only been sitting unopened for 5 years. Inside was an early Coleman 500 from the 3rd quarter of 1938 which you can check out here. Ben
I took down and opened two boxes today and discovered an unused Bremer Sea Swing and an unused Optimus 45 with a regulated silent kerosene burner. It even came with instructions which I've posted in the Reference Library here. I tried putting it together but I'm missing a nut. Otherwise everything is there including the long rising tube and travel cap. Pretty cool. Ben
@z1ulike I share your joy of the unexpected. I was searching through the garage for something yesterday and found a box I hadn't looked at for several year. The tag said "single burner stoves". What in the world, don't remember putting this here. Inside I found a Hurlock with its tin, a steel tank AGM M1941 with steel canister and a very nice 210 in its tin still with good graphics. Whoopee!
