I got this non-working, Enders 9060 a few weeks ago and decided to tackle it today. I made a wrench to take out the NRV which leaked profusely. I bought some rubber fuel-injector O-rings and made a new NRV stopper, the old one was as hard as a rock. I cleaned the stove and started it up. It's amazing how quiet these Enders stoves are, and it runs as smooth as silk.
Now if it would just warm up enough to go camping!

Hey, that's a nice stove, a model I hope to add to my collection one day. Good job on the NRV. Any pics of how that goes together?

    Hi Kevin,
Thanks, I got lucky to find this stove! I don't have any pics, but this link will give you an idea. It's basically the exact same arrangement as the Juwel NRV pictured. I made a wrench similiar to the one pictured. The NRV is in the bottom of the pump tube.

    Nice stove, nice work.

I'm curious though,....you have a roarer burner but said it's amazing how quiet it is. How quiet is it?? I have one of the military Enders, a silent, and it's possibly the quietest SILENT I have.

    Curious.

    Hi Priest,
The burner bell and flame spreader are a little different in shape than the Optimus/Svea types. When I lit my 9063 for the first time, I was very suprised. I'd say the 3 Enders stoves I've got, (9063, 263, 9060) are about half the noise of an 8R or a 111B. Not silent, but about midway between a roarer and silent burner.
