Safe Test, Chicago Spiegel, Illinois Stove.

I Finally restored this stove. I had an earlier post when bought
from a flea market. I found it was not worth much, but decided to
get in working order. All went well untill I painted the top part.
Seems like the metal or paint would not come to a nice shinny look.
After the third time when things were looking good, the paint can
nozzle clogged up. That's when after spending $25.00 for paint, I
finished up with a brush! Its going to stay that way. Why have it
75% nice and the rest horrible. Now its 100% horrible, but all the
same. I have shown before and after pictures.

Maybe I can sale it to some Amish family to use.

    Thanks for reading...Roby

Wow! That really came out nice. Good job. Now all we need is some flame shots.

That's now a cracking stove! I'm beginning to 'need' a dual burner in my life!

Hello Ben, and thanks to all for nice comments. I tried a flame shot, stove burned hot
but could not see much of a flame, hardly any soot, a little on start up. I will try again
    later in evening when dark.

    Thanks for reading....Roby
