Thanks to Norman, a splendid CCS member in the USA; I now have a Military M-1941, dating from 1945. It is in great working condition. It came with two sets of spares. the wrench and a copy of the War Department Technical Bulletin "TB 10-400-1" Instructions booklet. Here are some pictures:

    Thanks Norman - Steve.

Hi John and Stu, Yep, this one is definitely a keeper   . Might not be me keeping ot though as it was donated to the US Army Nurse in the family; i.e. No1 daughter who is into US Army re-enactment stuff. Great working stove though and I will keep it truly original, as there is no reason to change anything. Some nice people over the pond you know    especially you "N" - Steve.

PS. Looking for a Townsend/Hurley military type stove to send back to the US. Can anybody help?
