Nu-Way does not make this one anymore. Used for ice fishing houses and hunting blinds. Picked this up along with a vintage Nu-Way wood stove , which is going in my camper. Have to get a damper for this for it to burn efficiently 1335827613-Nu_Way_kerosene__12_.JPG 1335827601-Nu_Way_kerosene__10_.JPG 1335827573-Nu_Way_kerosene__8_.JPG 1335827556-Nu_Way_kerosene__7_.JPG 1335827545-Nu_Way_kerosene__6_.JPG 1335827535-Nu_Way_kerosene__5_.JPG 1335827523-Nu_Way_kerosene__4_.JPG 1335827513-Nu_Way_kerosene__3_.JPG 1335827503-Nu_Way_kerosene__2_.JPG 1335827493-Nu_Way_kerosene.JPG

    Nice!
Not familiar with that type, what kind of fuel, and what type of burner is it?

Kerosene or diesel. The burner is wickless and is a medium sized cup and the fuel rises thru a tube right in the center. The valve under the tank adjusts the flow. I actually fired it up just a while ago - the cup is surrounded by a bigger cup with multiple holes for draft (#3 picture in above post).Fired right up and burned really good. But I can see how the draft control would help. That last photo (from the net) is a shot of the draft control right off the stove. 1335832883-Nu_Way_kerosene__13_.JPG 1335832895-Nu_Way_kerosene__14_.JPG 1335832989-Nu-Way_damper.jpg

    That is a NEAT stove!
Diesel would be cheaper to use.
I wonder what kind of mileage it gets.
    Hours per gallon...

I think the design is like a Trekker Stove, although much earlier. Once I get the draft parts I will run it and see what the time is on that container - looks to be about a half gallon. Diesel would be cheaper but all I had around was kero. Use that in a few pressure lantern's we have.

Reminds me of the shower water heater my family had 60 years ago.

This is really a nice little stove. How much heat does it put out? Will it be enough to heat a wall tent? And how long does it burn on a full tank / can of kerosene?

Anyone know where I could find a manual for one of these? I just purchased one from an estate sale.
