I think we see less of it because this is ..... Classic Camp Stoves.
There is more collecting than customizing.

Lovely! I only repainted the one I have- plain blue. I agree with JRS08, you have started something here. I will revisit my paint job!

Yes looks great. Am refinishing an 8R myself. What paint did you use, or does anyone have suggestions? Have had poor results with Rustoleum products and am looking for alternative. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

I painted it with engine paint. It withstands fuel and a fair amount og heat.
Worked out so far.

 

Hey thanks much regarding paint for my 8R.

Now, found out my vaporizer tube is stripped, and looking for replacement. Anyone have a line on one it would be much appreciated.
