    Yeah, but if they work well, who cares!?!! :thumbup: :thumbup: 8) :D :D If that's what it takes to bring an errant Nova up to speed, or an Optimus Explorer #11, other other such stoves, I'd more certainly avail myself of such a clever and efficacious device!!     Hey HD, if you do get one of the later Nova's you replace the one at the pump and the mate on the hose. The Brunton Novas had the couplings above and never had heard of problems with leaks (with proper maintenance of course).

    Hey all,
    i also changed the fuelhose and coupling on the pump from my "newer" Nova. It wasn't really trustworthy to me. 8)
    I ordered the goodies through an German Outdoor-Shop two years ago. I´m shure they made an special order directly from Optimus. I just gave them the Partsnumber and after three weeks i received the parts. Unfortunately i cant remember the exact price i paid, but must have been around 30€.
    So maybe if you need theese couplings, a brief enquiry at Optimus might help. Even if it´s just to compare the prices 8)

    I got a spare female cejn connector from optimus last year, always looking for a male part as I would like to make a kap arctic (if I make it it might be a crap arctic, but I will give it a go).

    I could probably make a fortune selling you CEJN couplings I get cheap through my job. :lol:
    But I guess I am a weirdo and like the new coupling better since my experience with CEJN type couplings don't give me much thrust in them.

    One thing I like about the new coupling on the newer nova's is just how easy it is to fix. One o-ring right there just to replace. My recalled nova is working great with it.

    I like the CEJN coupling but it isn't as easy a fix in the field.
