    Heya Norham
Nice looking 105. I look forward to seeing it up and running.

Steve (bajabum) is right - that's too much to pay. Try Bi-Mart for some kero. $17 for two and a half gallons a week ago. Comes in the big plastic jug.
    Enjoy!
    Cheers,
    Gary

I've made the lead washer. First I melted a pure lead bullet for a .50 caliber black powder rifle and poured it into a bottle cap to form the planchette. Next came the drilling and filing to fit. When the ring dropped into the riser pipe, I tighten it slowly until a seal was made.

So the 105 has a bullet seal and one pot leg made from a rear brake rod from a Hodaka Super Rat motorcycle.

I will check for better prices on the kero....
