Can I use the new 207b burner to replace the burner on an old 111 to produce the equivalent of a 111T? (kero only I assume?). If so, I will be ordering one.

NO. the roarer adjustable for the 111 is #206. The silent adustable for the 111t is #221. Both of these burnners feed from the side. The 207b feeds from the bottom.

It looks like the burner for the 111T is not available so what can I use? I am keen to put a silent burner on an old "std" 111. I don't mind if it only runs on kero. Can I use the burner for the 111C model? Many thanks for the help.

You can still get used 111T burners. Try contacting Finn Hjelmerud, one of our european members. He has lots of 111 parts.

He speaks english, and has been most accomodating .

If you are in a hurry, someone in Sweden is selling the 111 new minus the case BIN for $119.00 with restrictor and nipples but does not seem to have a control knob on eBay. Sorry but am posting with an iTouch so can't do a cut n past of the link.

Look like what I really want is a 111/7. I have not seen any of those here in NZ.
