    He He Ho Ho ...That'll bring the 111 crew out of the woodwork . :whistle:
    The added distance between the spirit cup & the burner , would , I imagine ,greatly aid pre heating.

    Looks like one of two burners from a 2-burner stove. Alky or paraffin me thinks.

    It is an Optimus Cobra burner modified to fit in an a normal Optimus 111 or 111T box.
    The Cobra burner is left handed and i bit lower than the T-burner. Has then to be made right handed and lifted to fit nicely in a box made for the T-burner.

    This is an Cobra burner made for Norwegian Military, so it could be used in the old type Optimus 111 box.

    The preheating problem with the Cobra burner in very coold weather was also improved.
