I recently acquired this double burner military pressure twin tank stove - on the tin is stamped T&C 153 but that is all I can find - can anyone help with any information and where spares can be obtained. If anymore pictures are needed then let me know and I will upload. Many thanks :?

Welcome 007mtm, I am also quite new to CCS and I think you will find the other members very helful. I think I have seen this type of stove before - it could be American. does it have two Petrol Tanks? Can you post anymore photos to show the inside of the beast.

Hi, T&C stands for Townson & Coxson, a British manufacturer (who also made the Burmos brand stoves). That is all I can say about it, it is most probably made for military use and I am sure one of our more knowledgeable members can help you further on this!

The burners look to be the same as those used on the N°2 single burner and the N°3 double burner stoves used by the British forces in WW2 and later, before switching to the N°2 Mk2 with silent regulated burner.

    Regards,

    Wim

I'm not sure of my answer, but close to the circumflex Coleman products. And there is a product of a British company in the same way. Thank you very much

Never seen one before but I'm with Wim on this - T&C is Townson & Coxson. They did make stoves for the military & those flames apreaders look like familiar old British milspec. I'd be interested in more pics - this would be welcome in the Stove Reference Gallery. Great first post!

Welcome to CCS! Same to 'kmmmfs'

Quite a collection I may add. Cooking for 50+ people on an outing would be great!

It's a guzunder. It goes under a field oven, a big one. You might even get a three foot loaf tin in it.
