head to head with a svecia no.1 on left (same size as optimus no.1) looks unfired, seems to have protective coating on the burner yet and the pot stand ends are still silver with sharp edges.
Gorgeous stove Nagant, would love to see this large roarer in action , but if it's unfired then these pics will do fine , such a nice stove And that cast iron trivet is extra cool - nice one Tom
Thanks,it was in a weird category on ebay or i wouldn't have got it. i rinsed the tank with alcohol and strained it to see how bad it was and nothing! not holding pressure so i put some oil down the pump tube. if i have to get the nrv out i will need to make one a quarter inch longer then the one i have . the pan ring has Made in Sweden on the underside. made of cast iron coated a bronze color i think as it's magnetic. there's some missing lacquer in spots. i went over it lightly with Old no. 7 white, a finishing polish paste and it put a decent shine on it.
