Hey Pablo, very nice stove. The details on the markings are clear and crisp. I would think in your part of the world, there are more Hipolitos still being used - am I correct? I love the way Hipolito designed most 2 pint and up stoves with removable pot support. Ron
Actualy they are very hard to come by.I was very lucky to find it all you see is the Hindu makes and they don't even come close to the quality of the Hipolito's
Remarkably similar to GENIOL 36 stove .. same removable(heavy)legs , orange pump cap , heavy cast pan ring. Nick
Hi All, Vega, nice stove, excellent conditon. I have a Hip #36 with roarer too. Mine has a cast iron trivet like yours , but mine has fixed legs and a black plastic pump knob. I see you have two stoves pictured ? Mine looks like the one on the left, but has fixed legs. The cast iron trivet on mine has a black , well seasoned look to it . I think this was factory issued. Here's some pics Note the fixed legs on mine Size perspective vs. an Opti #5 Flame is on semi-high. It gets really nasty looking as you pump it up good But if you put a pot on top the flame settles down to a rather nice powerful semi-blue Tom
I have a similar 36 missing the pan supports and trivet. Measurements of the supports would be mucn appreciated, as I am attempting to shape replacements. Even the distance from top of flame Rim to top of support would be helpful! Thanks in advance.
