So my friend George has a problem.
200 HR washers where the hole is to small.

Originally i hoped to use a 14.5mm drill but my "supplier" had none to spare so i had to fabricate a reamer
This too will ream 10 at a time and it takes less than a minute to do it.

CT, your really know how to work your magic  I am constantly amazed

Then again I do not have a lot of washers to actually ream so I just use a dremel tool and widen it to fit

Henrick, I know of only one other person in my experience who could build anything with practically nothing. He is a Swedish tool and die maker. I know you are Danish; are you also a tool and die maker? Very nice work, by the way.

You know where the term "Mad as a hatter" comes from?
In the 17 and 18'th century when hatters made/formed the rim on a stovepipe they used a big dullop of mercury and svirled around. It would form the felt without leaving marks (on the hat!). The hatter is a whole other story

Yes, and he exposure to mercury made them quite mad.

Henrik, I'm quite impressed that you've been able to do so much with out the use of mercury. ;)
