hi wonder if any of use guys could help, this is my first post in fettling forum,ok im a newbee stovie and spoken to some of use guys before, the question is how do i remove the jets for my optimus 45, primus no1 s:0r phoebus 30,and seva 121, i would also like help in finding parts for these stoves, ect pump leathers washers . one of my stoves is also blocked tried leaving the burner in caustic soda to see if it would remove any dirt, still didnt work so im gonna try the burner method , my freind is a welder to trade and will ask him to try this for me,when i pump it up on the seva the air does not come out the jet like it does with my other stoves, well anyway i hope you all dont think im being greedy asking these questions ,but i would love to start fettling my stoves. kind regards john

    Hey John
To get the jet out of your stove you have to have a special tool. It is a double swivel
You can get this along with leathers and just about every thing you will want from Base Camp our sponcer. Click on the banner at the top
i also sell a lot of parts but postage can be expencive.
You should remove the jet before trying to clean the burner. It is likely it is only the jet that is blocked.

Excellent. Tancred usually has the odd stuff posted on Ebay. Took me a while to get one of these too!

The swivel tool was made for the roarer burner. It will also fit the silent burner. But not the adjustable burner, for this you will find the tool for removeing the Non Return Valve will do the job.
The jet for a Lanray (Australian made stove) is slightly larger than the other brands so this is a problem.
Good luck on your bidding If not this one may be the next one but hang in there you will get one, one day.

A pair of needle nose pliers work well, like on the Leatherman tool :)

Hey Rik, you'll have to lay off the red meat, if your niples are tight  and made of brass - - don't go near them with pliers.
