    Hi guys,

A little off topic. But has anyone seen this style before? Not what I collect, but a guy should have at least one, and perhaps this should be it:

The usual upright style does nothing for me, but this thing reminds me of the first gas brazing torch I used. Worth NZ$45? Thats about US$30, or GBP15

    Cheers,
    Tom

I've seen soldering irons with a similar burner layout.

    Can you resist it?

    Thank you,

A google on Optimus Soldering Iron pulled up plenty of examples. This prospect is minus the iron.

Saving up pennies for a "22" so will pass on this: not easy though!

    Cheers,
    Tom

    Hey Tom
    The seller stated
Got brass liquid container Yes it does.
Very Rare I don't think so.
In very good condition Is he talking about the wire that is tieing it together or the soldering butt?
But once you get these working they are good. I have a few Irons here that is ment for these. Good luck but I see the auction is now ended
