Early Primus No. 5 - Old Timer Still Going Strong!

    Here's a very early Primus No. 5. Replaced the fuel cap seal, pump leather, and pump handle to find a really great working stove from the pre-1911 era (No letter stamp). I did nothing else to the stove except put fuel in and fire it up - twice.

    I didn't see another like this one in roarer and with the raised spirit cup in the early style, like my Primus 1.S:or 1911, so I posted it for your perusal. It is quite amazing to see these stoves putting out much heat after aging to over 100 years old.

    Nice one, Sam. Great tea test shot. I love how it fired right up with just some minimal maintenance.
