Sefa was kind enough to send me one of his new Leathers for the Ender's 9060/61 to try out. The construction is the same as the original with the leather sandwiched between the back and riveted. I soaked it for one night in Neatsfoot oil, it is a much thinner gauge metal so vertical movement is much more but as an initial test it seems to pump much more easily and push alot more air per stroke than what I was achieving before. I overpumped it with 12 strokes. (I am missing the gasket that goes in the back of the pump cup assembly however). The picture is of the flame with the knob barely open. I will continue to test, but my initial impression is that these leathers are as usual excellent! Thank you Sefa!
Thanks BIG BTU for your review. I have tried Sefa's standard leather pump cups(for No.1 & No.5 stoves), supplied by another member here in New Zealand(Brass Monkey), and I have found them to be superior to the original new old stock that I have from Primus. They operate with a smoother action, with no problems at all. I highly recommend Sefa's products to all. Cheers, John
It is exciting news to me that Sefa has copied the Enders pump leather. I have tried to look for them online but either he has not posted them or your's were all he had. Can you tell me how you go them? I have had several goes at making up a suitable replacment and almost got a working unit by using a brass grommet inside of a replacement leather. However, it was hardly efficent or pretty.

Even if a free one was missed, still great news for a good fit and not a cobbled up pump cup to get any idle Enders stove back up and running. Duane
I am sorry I missed John's posting above. He covered it in better detail than I and as usual with much better pictures! How do you get those awesome flame shots with the lights on John? When they do become available I am sure Sefa will post and I will be in line to order.

just calling it like it is John. I appreciate the tips. I will have to experiment a bit with the camera and see if I can take some better pictures. I have to figure out how to make an exposure longer on the digital camera, never tried to fiddle with the settings before. LOL.
