    Wonderful fettle Brian!

    That is one lucky stove.

Those decals are really the bee's knees.

    Cheers,

    Jeff

    Your very welcome Brian.

I forgot to ask if there was a date stamp on the bottom? Looks like a late 30's.

Hi Jeff sorry there was no date stamp on the bottom or any where else on the stove which is a shame as i like your self and most of us collectors like to know the acurate age of them, there were a few stoves theat PRIMUS never date stamped my 535 is the same no date stamp

Superb fettle of a delightful little stove, Brian.

The small 71 is one of my favourites. emoticon-00115-inlove.gif

Hello Brian, what a fabulous job you have made of your 71. I think the case looks great with the new decals. I have yet to put the final coat of paint on my 71 case, I hope it turns out like yours. Well done, a great fettle. Richard

Hi Richard many thanks for your kind compliement i am sure your case will come out as good if you are spraying it with an aerosole spray its worth having a trial run on a piece of acrdboard or any other waste material just to get your distance right with out causing runs in the paint
