Optimus 00, never used

    Very beautiful stove in shining brass. Never used and in box with that nice manual :D/
    Must be from 1970's.

    In my thought, it should be kept as unused to show it to our grandsons...No need to fire it...

    I have one the same, In a red tin, Also unlit, Might light it one day for something special, But might not too, I have plently of others to play with so having an unlits pretty cool.

    I have 14- and 12-year old grandsons who will soon be receiving stoves much like this one!

    Hi Johan

    I think that it may have been made after 1983 when Optimus sold their factory and had their stoves made for them. The vertical knurling on the tank lid started around 1980. However I cannot remember seeing any Optimus with vertical knurling on the pump lid. Previously the pump lid had diamond knurling on it
