It has been a while that I have posted a stove here, so time to change that. This is one that I wanted to show you already a while ago. I have not seen a previous reference of this stove and I have never come across one either apart from the one that I have got here. This one is quite heavy and it seems to have been used a lot, the burner was a total mess. Unfortunately the tank has a hair crack so it looses pressure from this. This prevents me from showing pictures of the stove in use. I confess I did not find time to fettle this (or, to be even more honest, recently my passion for malt whisky took over a bit so I neglected this beauty and other stoves) I hope you do like the stove though and I wanted to post these pictures to make a small contribution to this great web page. Mike
A beauty, Mike. I have a Phoebus Alcohol Stove that is very similar but have not yet landed a kerosene version. Thanks for sharing.
Guys, I know this is usually not the place to advertise for items that one wants to sell, but due to changes in my personal life I need to reduce my stoves and lanterns collection. This Phoebus 26 is one of the victims. I would love to see this rare stove go to a good place of a fellow collector. If interested pls send me a PM. cheers, Mike
