Here some pics from my Pigeon Ignus.I don´t know when is was made. It works great!! A good Stove for coffeemakers but only for small pots. In this Stove I use Gasolin or Coleman fuel and it ot a lot of Power. In the beginning I thougt the tank would be critical hot but now it seems to be quite normal. Martin
Hi Martin ! I like the Ignus very much too. It's a beauty ! Did you find it in France ? When I got mine, a misplaced flame informed me that a new graphit packing (tell me if you need some) was required. Keep an eye on the knob when using it..... I also use it for coffee only, not for real cooking because the tank gets really really hot...
Lovely thing! My Dad had one just the same, he brought it new from France just after WW2. I remember it as a kid but paid it no mind. It hit the trail sometime during one of our many house moves and by the time I was interested in such things it was long gone....
Hey Nikos! I found it her in Germany on a flea market. Which knob do you mean? The packing is in good condition thank you! Yes the thank gets realy hot but I think thats not a problem. Also I think the "heat shield" contains asbestos but psssst :-) Martin
