Hi Twodogs If you still have this stove, can you let us know whether it has the following : Any Radius logo etc on the underside of the tank and/or a single letter Any letter stamped on the burner nut Any letter stamped on the side wall or rim below the pump somewhere, it should be close to the leg, if anywhere. But by the looks this is obveously a type one, older than 1934, due to the filler cap and radius shooting star logo.. Arrest me if I'm wrong...
Roat This version appears in the 1925 catalogue. The only real way of dating it, is by the tin, and more detailed pictures. I suspect this version has no lettering on the underside of the tank. As I have mentioned in another thread, the letter D will be the same shape as the 1920 - Radius 21. It will be very helpful, if those who are seriously interested in stoves and the historical evolution, to give more detailed pictures of their stoves, however insignificant the detail may be to them.
