    Who can teach me what is this mark? logo? signature?
    English? Swedish?

    A calculated guess would be that the language is Arabic, and it most probably says: Made in Sweden. Most of the Swedish stoves from Optimus had a repeat of the manufacturer and place of origin in several languages.

    If you use the site "search" facility you can find answers to these things.

    e.g.

    If you look at this post:

    You will find a photo showing Arabic writing on the underside of a burner...then look at Sefaudi's reply. look at the writing on your stove and look at the writing on the under part of Ron's burner.

    You will observe the script.

    And as others have said, many Swedish stoves were exported to the Middle East which was a very big market for these paraffin stoves.
