Just bought this at a car-boot mainly because it has a full gas cartridge! The gas cart is Primus but is the stove a Primus? It has piezo-electronic ignition. I do not recognise the logo on the cartridge bag. Also, is it meant to collapse further? - there is a spring under the burner that looks as if the legs are meant to come off, Grateful for any help with identification, folks. Steve.
Well with those "?" marks on the label Steve, I don't think the fish knows what it is either. So I don't stand a chance.
Looks like these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Portable-Ca...305?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20d27433f1 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-C...416?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item41639ad7d0 AR
Hi mate, It does look a bit like the design you show in your links but colours of plastic control knob and anodised parts not the same. Anyway. just flashed it up and with a windshield it will make a very good lightweight back-pack stove. Thanks, Steve.
generally found logos of that style or look tend to be Taiwanese or Chinese which by the others posted links to evil bay would confirm that. Its common for the chinese to use the "Happy face" Or "Happy" name on many names or logos much like the Vietnamese would use "Number one" or "Best" Yes great little stove and the canister should last for a couple of cups of joe.
