Rest assured that someone else will, they may not be frequent visitors to this site, but n.22 stoves seldom, if ever, go unbid.
    Evil, are you watching :) :) ?

    POUNDS AND PENCE??
    maybe i just don't understand the exchange rate,but 6 pounds sounds low..in 5 days
it may be much higher but even 25 seems ok for a neat stove like that--??--

I'm fairly well off these days so may have a bash. I reckon it'll go for something between ?80 - ?110 squids.
    Regards,
    Alan :)

It won't go for much it's an ugly one with the parallel pan rests - flowery ones are best ;) 8)

You never know it might put people off :)

Gads, he's refusing to accept bids from outside the UK.

I asked if he would accept foreign bids and ship to a UK address so here I sit and wait.

Well that's put the bollocks on me bidding about 75 quid then

I'm really not sure it's worth that much, A year ago I sold a 22b for 25 quid.
another one will come up. Maybe even one with the pretty flowery pan rest eh Keith

LIKE A HAWK! Let me know what he says about shipping. He can suck it up and he is doing no favor to himself by restricting the area from which bidders can play. The international forum is by far more profitable. LIKE A HAWK.

I too am not to fond of the parallel pot supports. I have a pretty "flowery" one.

    Hi Folks,

What is the history of the Optimus 22? I'm the lucky owner of a 22 with the straight pan rests, and a 22b with the flowery jobbie. Does anyone know which came first, and what years these stoves were available?

    All the best,

    Dave.
