In a recent post I showed how a windshield could be improvised for an Optimus 111 silent burner.

Today I used the same type of windshield on my Radius No.7 stove, fitted with a regulated silent burner.

This is one of my favourite "user" stoves as it is so controllable. However silent burners can be susceptible to draughts and cross winds and a windshields is required.

    Best Regards,
    Kerophile.

I must have had a hard day but I initially read that it was an impoverished windscreen, George and did a :-k before the penny dropped.

    Very effective.
