I came across this marine stove and could use any info I can get on it. Is it a good brand? Is it related to any other brand ? Does it work on pressurized fuel? Can parts/ burners be obtained for it?
    Pic to follow-
    Thanks!
PS I will be putting it in a sail boat.

    Hi Tederne,
Nice looking galley. I could do with some like that for scout camps. A couple of ovens on a week long camp would expand the menu options considerably or allow us to use sites that don't allow campfires when dutch ovens would be useful.
All that most of us will know is that alcohol is a preferred fuel for marine applications. If it leaks out it dilutes with water to the point that it won't burn, whereas kero and gasoline will not mix and remain flammable and butane / propane will quickly become an explosion waiting to happen in a confined space.
    regards
    John

Same fuel can be used for sailors also. :D/

Few weeks back I visited Andorra. They had 96% (=192 proof?) Vodka/spirit for sale there at 3,60 eur per ltr. I bought one bottle and I have a plan to try how it works for Trangia and for me also.

Afterburner, what does a liter of high-proof vodka cost in Finland?
    I'm guessing it's a lot more than Eur 3.60!

I've only been to Finland once, and that was over 25 years ago, but I remember that booze was expensive.....
