May I introduce to You EMES 2 Very rare low powered spirit stove courtessy my friends Radek Aproving sign INSTYTUT GOSPODARSTWA DOMOWEGO cup for spirit for preheating mounted in fuel cap preheating 1 preheating 2 working wind test EMES 2 vs ATIS wind test wind test wind test EMES 2 win - more powerfull - better stability of flame
Thank you for sharing. I enjoy the priming fuel ladle on the fuel tank like. Thank your friend Radek for us.
It looks well used but burns with a nice blue flame! If it seems under powered, maybe a new wick would help?
Atis "not allow" remove wick. I was try twice, it was dangerous for stove. EMES is "no wick" constructions.
Hey very nice stove The same system of burner and the tank is "looklike the same" but is not... ---------------- EMES "the first", was "high tank fuel powered" of course - the same logo and "PELIKAN" makers was on it. Wait a few days - ill put it in gallery... ---------------- What i am thinking - about EMES'es: PELIKAN was produced - EMES (1) other types was partialy produced and mounted by them. This burners - in my opinion - became from Germany or Austria.
problem solved... brand BING two subtypes of burners http://www.scherning.de/lampen/Bing_kocher_2.htm http://www.scherning.de/lampen/Bing_kocher_1.htm later -> AMOR HASAG Emes2 may be mounted on the part of BING but "table" made in Pelikan
look - cap inner(central)generator: in BING was changed from convex (like EMES2) - to flat (like AMOR) HASAG use "flat" in all the models. Only BING has the same burner. If You find other example of "convex cap" - insert photo.
Of course... Everything, what "We" trying to discover - was build on the "thin ice"... If we are talking about this constructions - we need more visual material... By now - i am not found - other "the same" burners... ---- Germans BING - fits to historical/economical process. Others EMES (exept 1)- are VERY, VERY rare. Its mean - EMES 1 was the main model produced in Pelikan at all. "Others" was testing market - in initialy period was partialy mounted from external parts.
