BradB, Burner spacing, center to center (and case width): 426D = 9 3/8" (28 1/2) 425C = 9" (17 1/8 ) 413E = 11" (22) Given above, if you then say 426D is "like a 3 burner 425". I think there's more to it than that, and I'd say "not exactly". I recall that space is tight on 425 but w/that, a 502 and open fires, for us cooking for 4-7 it was fine. All super nice stoves! I bought a Coleman 425 E in 1973 and it NEVER failed me. Matter of fact, I just replaced the packing and fuel cap seal 2 years ago, just to do it. .....Roby
I use my 418 more than anything else, and have a 425NL in the back of the Subaru. The other stoves are downstairs getting lonely, including a 426nl and a 3burner AGM. Usually just cooking for my wife and I
