It all started with the Optimus No7 I picked up a little while back. Now I'm getting ready to make a 120 mile or more round trip to look at some Coleman single burner stoves before I go to work.

Not my favorite, but do enjoy playing with my wood fired stoves. My round up wouldn't be complete with out at least one

Oh I already have about a half dozen multi burner Colemans. We used to do a lot of group camping.A normal meal would take a two burner and a three burner Coleman to prepare. And I also have several pressure lamps.

For some odd reason I have become very interested in the single burner stoves.

Found another Coleman 502 dated 8-66 at a sale today. It also had a piece that fits it to make it into a space heater. It's pretty much an upside down can that clips over the stove. Now my question is.Is this a part made by Coleman? There are no manufacturing markings on it.But it seems to be made to fit over a 502 perfectly.Everything I know about Colemans says no.Because Coleman was pretty proud of there name and seemed to put it on everything. If anybody knows feel free to chime in.

I'll have to check, it was on the box though. I've never seen an aftermarket heat drum for the 502 only Coleman made.
