Well Chaps, I finally got one.After several Emails to Trangia in Sweden and them trying to help but the only way was through bank transfer and that would have added another £15 to the purchase price, I decided to take up @Odd's offer. Thank you so much, I'm now sorted. I will however be emailing Trangia customer services and asking them to supply the UK with them as there must be some type of demand. I have some 1/8" stainless TIG rod, just printed Ken's photo w/ the ruler and shrunk it until it was actual size. The ruler graduations align with a real ruler held up to the photo so I can get sizing correct, as I lack a Trangia to get measurements from directly. Should be relatively easy to bend some bits into shape and TIG them together(famous last words). If I get time and bang something out, anyone interested in being guinea pig to see if it works? It will not be a copy, to avoid copyright infringement, but it should work. And cost a whole lot less than those listed in this thread.
Thank you! I didn't get it clamped quite right in a couple places and the wires aren't lined up perfect for the weld, but it'll definitely hold. I'm happy with it for only having a few weeks of TIG experience and this being my first stainless welding experience, ever.

Fun little project, but having looked at Trangia stormcooker costs and weighed options, I think I need to prioritize other things than buying YET ANOTHER stove at the moment, so I'm putting this up for grabs. Someone who can give it a good home please shoot me a PM with your address. No guarantees it'll fit and work, just something I threw together as an interesting project. Using the evernew stand is a great idea, I've got a couple but never thought to use it in the trangia. By the way, anybody wishing to go this route, I highly recommend using the newer evernew "cross stand 2". While the original version fits good on the trangia burner and will work, the performance I've found to be not that great (though it works good with the evernew burner). The newer version of the cross stand works much better - great in fact.
The newer cross stand is close the the standard trangia height. On my trangia 27 it was a few millimeters short of the trangia pot stands. Basically close to 1 inch, which is considered by many to be an optimum burner/pot height separation. The problem with the original evernew stand is that the distance is much less, so it puts the pot bottom too close to the burner. It works fine, but it will take quite a bit longer to bring to a boil. New stand looks like attached picture. Come to think about it, for use with a moka pot (which I assume would be one reason to need the alternative stand) the older evernew cross stand might actually be a better choice, since with these moka pots they seem to work better if you use a lower heat level.
